ICLP appoints Peggy Cheng as Business Director of Beijing Office
The global loyalty marketing agency, ICLP has promoted Peggy Cheng as Business Director of Beijing office to manage day to day operations in Beijing. Peggy has extensive loyalty and CRM experience with over 10 years in the industry and will lead the team in both servicing existing Beijing clients as well as being integral in ICLP's expansion within the North China region.
ICLP China offers a full range of marketing services delivering loyalty marketing and CRM planning, CRM programme management, data analytics, CRM system development, partnership marketing, communications planning & management, creative services, operational & fulfilment, call centre to help clients drive greater loyalty, revenue and profitability from their customers.
ICLP's Shanghai office has established a solid foundation in the Yangtze Delta, one of the most advanced economic areas in China. In the last six years the agency's revenue has grown by nearly 500% - fuelled by rising prosperity in this region.
Peggy's relocation to Beijing, however, demonstrates ICLP's commitment to the region and their Northern based Clients. "Our focus in Beijing," says Peggy, "is to work closer with and support our global IT client base in Northern China by implementing CRM insights into their new and ongoing projects. With this objective in mind, we shall build upon our existing talent pool with local staff eager to further ICLP's reputation as the leading CRM provider in the region"
Peggy has been working in mainland China for over 5 years, initially as Planning Director at CCG (Communication Central Group) - now under Digitas Greater China - working on the Hitachi GST account and more recently as Business Director for ICLP in Shanghai managing CRM activities for various clients including Visa International, Porsche, Virgin Atlantic and Wyndham Hotels. Prior to this Peggy held partnership marketing and market development roles with Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong for Middle East and South East Asia.
Peggy will continue to report to Kevin Yeow, General Manager of ICLP China.
